How our report system works

We coordinate a distributed network of Steam bot accounts hosted across 12 global servers. Every bot exceeds Steam level 20 and, when a request is submitted, up to 25 vetted bots are selected based on availability, cooldown windows, and success history to file official Steam reports on your behalf.

Why am I limited to 5 reports per 12 hours?

Rate limits protect the Steam API, keep our servers stable, prevent abuse, and encourage users to reserve submissions for verified cheaters. Each user receives five profile lookups and five report slots every 12 hours, which automatically reset when the window expires.

How to manually report a player

Open the suspect's Steam profile, choose the More menu, click Report Player, select 'They are cheating in a game', submit the account for review, specify Counter-Strike 2, describe the behavior with match details, and send the report to Steam for investigation.

Is this report system anonymous?

Yes, all reports submitted through our system are completely anonymous. The reported players will not know who submitted the reports against them.

No, CS2 Free Mass Report is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation or Steam in any way.
